One if the worst experience ever. I’ve been staying at this place so many time in the past and everything it was so amazing. But now under another management it’s just absolutely worst!!!

Misleading stay. You cannot receive check-in instructions without paying a $300 deposit and then a mandatory $80 cleaning fee. This is not disclosed at the time of purchase so you won’t know until it’s too late and cannot find another place to stay. Lock is extremely difficult to open even when I got the green light. Couldn’t open the door so I never got into the apartment and my stay was only 1 night so it was pointless. I called in the morning and was offered a refund, but still had nowhere to sleep. They didn’t offer me the remaining hours until checkout at 11am after their office opened again. The problem is I still needed somewhere to rest after spending the night outside the apartment. Location is great, but customer service is poor. They don’t post the working hours so you cannot contact them if you are checking late. I called several hours beforehand because my flight got delayed

숙바비보다 보증금을5배이상 내라해서 처음에 이상하다고 생각 했는데 우려가 사실이 되었다. cleaning fee를 88달러를 빼고 돌려주었다 어이없다 설명도 없이 주방도구사용하지도 않고 나올때 정리하고 책두개 쓰레기통옆에 버리고 나온거 밖에 없는데...다시는 이용하지 않겠다별하나도 아깝다!!!
